My name isn't super unique but the story behind it is pretty cool. I'm not sure if it's a Mexican tradition or it was just my dad but it's pretty common for the first born to e given the dad's name. My dad's name is also Juan, but I'm not the first born. My mom didn't want to name my older brother Juan so when I was born they named me Juan instead. As for the origin I have no idea.

My father said "when people see a sunset, the feelings or emotions people feel are very special and unique in their own ways. It is rarely a situation where people think or say negative things while watching the golden sunset. I want people to see you in that kind of way, live a life like that, and be the person like a sunset." This is where my name came from and the vibe of it led me to "Katherine" as an English name. I love my name and this story. Thanks to my parents!
