It is very important that students learn at an early age how to throw and catch, so they will be prepared for various sports and activities throughout their life. I have attached some learning cues to help students learn to throw and catch. Also, I have attached some lesson ideas to help teach how to throw and catch and videos of different games to help teach these skills. Since these activities are intended for ages K-2, you don't want to give the students hard or heavy objects to throw, so I also attached a link for jumbo pom-pom balls.
