Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Savanna Van Herwaarde and last Tuesday I flew with your company from New York to Paris. 
Unfortunately when I got home I discovered that I had left my bag in the cabin. This never happened to me before, so I did not know what action to undertake. I first called the airport but they gave me the order to write a letter because they were too busy. For this reason I write you this letter.

My bag is black and has an yellow kitten on the left side. Inside are my Iphone S5, and Ipod and my Biology study book. There are also some Sultana cookies inside and a apple juice bottle.

I  sincerely hope you can help me locate my bag, and that I may hear from you soon.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have a complaint I would like to report. My name is Savanna and last week I drove to the city of New York to buy a new laptop at your store. This was an two hour drive. 

I then worked on the laptop all week and finished writing a long assingnment. But then this week the laptop suddenly doesn't switch on. 

I would like to have a free repairer that will come to my place to fix the laptop. If in the worst case the laptop is not fixed. I want a full refund of the price I paid for the laptop.

It's great to hear that you want to spend a  two-week holiday in my region! I would like to arrange a meeting between us! Because if you haven't found a place to stay yet you are more then welcome at my home!

I can show you arround the country side. There are some museums you might like and also an amusement park nearby. 

Furthermore you should know that at this time of year the weather can we pretty bad. So don't forget to bring a raincoat. But also shorts because it is also possible that we have a few nice days. 

Please let me know if there is anything else you need help with! Would be great to have you hear at my place, but if you already have a adress to spend your time. We should just hang out.

It's so great to hear from you again. It has been to long since we last have seen one and another. Thank you so much for contacting me! So in this letter I will tell you what you want to know.

So about your letter you would like to study here next year. You can stay at my place If you would like that. I can also help you find a part-time job at an local store so that you can finance your time here. 

If you would like to learn more about my language there is a libary nearby my place. The give free classes each sunday morning for foreigners. I think that's great and you might benefit from them I you choose to go to them. 

If you would like more information about anything please don't hesitate to write me! It's so great to spreak to you again. Hope to hear from you again soon!

I think i kind of delayed a few to much. So in the end I had to do a lot of work. But the Reading, listening and grammar tasks went pretty well. 

I learned new information about the difference between informal and formal letters.
