         <description><![CDATA[<div>turn off any technology because it can help you sleep better and if u don't know the bright light on your phone is just making you stay up longer when you can  get more sleep and be in a better mood. any video games ,Television viewing, or  internet use, and other activities will cause problems trying to fall asleep.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i think i did bad on my wellness goal because i couldn't sleep at all and i'm always on my phone i get distracted easily and i don't know how to go sleep that fast or just close my eyes and i watch with the TV on. i need to work on trying to sleep better and not get more distracted.</div>]]></description>
