I found out that starting finding myself is a good way to understand and see the others. Beginning with understanding the meaning and feeling for my own name awakened more interest in the names of the others and what they are saying about. Yogasession with wind and seaview is great.

The first day brought the strangers together and made them (us) friends. The name activity encouraged us to open up and see each other in a different light, outside the roles that we are used to take - as teachers, as parents, as community members. Thank you all for a wonderful day full of happiness, peace and sharing!

I learned today about the origins of the course, its meaning and focus on learning through experience.
I also found Rita’s personal history very inspiring and full of meaning.
The experience of analizing our own names and introducing ourselves to the others in this way was new, deep and funny, all at the same time.
Besides, I loved the idea of the changing classroom and want to reflect more deeply on the impact of it in teaching. Being surrounded by such a beautiful nature made me so fortunate! And sharing our own food with the local food and drink in the international lunch was a very close and wonderful experience! 💕

The first day has given us many surprises. I know myself a little more through the self-knowledge activity. I also loved the way the Ti punch is prepared. A way to connect with our ancestors.
