If I were to apply for citizenship, I would be very nervous and uneasy. It's always difficult to begin such a difficult path. However, having begun that process, I would prepare myself in history, laws, and rights and responsibilities. While I would be ready to tell my personal story with honesty and confidence.

I believe I would feel as if I were dreaming. I've been waiting for this opportunity for such a long time, and now that it's become a reality, it feels surreal. Ultimately, all we strive for is to achieve our dreams and goals, and this would be a significant step toward that. I would make a point of preparing myself every day, using flashcards and lots of color-coding to help me memorize. The first person I’d share the news with would be my mom. I’m absolutely certain she would celebrate with me as if it were happening to her.

Going through a legal process like applying to study abroad can be both exciting and terrifying. What affects you the most is the uncertainty of starting over in a new place. It’s not only about documents and deadlines — it’s also about leaving behind your comfort zone. It is the emotional preparation, not just the legal one, that defines how ready you really are.

If I had to face this situation, what I would focus on first is organizing every legal requirement — from visa applications to academic records. But beyond the paperwork, what truly prepares you is developing adaptability, emotional strength, and cultural awareness. In the end, it is not the process itself but how you face it that makes the experience life -changing.

If I had to go through a life-changing legal process, such as moving abroad to study or apply for citizenship, I would feel a mix of excitement and deep anxiety. Although I know such decisions open doors to new opportunities, I would also be aware of the emotional cost that comes with leaving everything behind.

Before leaving, I would say goodbye to all my loved ones in a meaningful way. I believe closure is important when starting a new chapter. However, I would also try not to maintain overly strong emotional ties that might make the process even more painful. Letting go is never easy, but I know that clinging too much to the past can hold me back from fully embracing the future.

Got the USA visa

What helped me most was the preparation I did with a friend's help, combined with the experience I had from being denied a visa the first time. What I needed this time was a clear purpose for visiting the country, strong financial backing from the bank, labor certification, and proof of my university status. What worked in my favor was the fact that I had previously traveled to other countries.

What made the consular appointment stressful was the large number of people and the uncertainty of whether or not I would get the visa. What happened next was that the consular officer asked me many questions to verify my information and confirm the purpose of my trip. What made the difference in the end was that I was well-prepared and what I got was the visa.
