1. Reader benefits is the simply term we’ll use for benefits or advantages an audiences gains from complying with a request or policy, buying a product, changing its behaviour or simply adopting the writer’s ideas.

2. There are three different benefits that normally use in a message with reader benefits which is use at least one benefit for each part of reader benefits, use intrinsic benefits and use the benefits you can develop most fully.

3. Intrinsic benefits are in contrast, automatic and come directly from compliance and are all essentially emotional/ psychological/ spiritual. Extrinsic benefits are “added on” and additional to compliance. The difference between this two benefits is extrinsic benefits are easy to think of, they are hard to deliver, while internal benefits are hard to think of, hard to sell, and simple to deliver.

In my opinion, intrinsic benefits are better because:

- Extrinsic benefits cost money or other kinds of resources

- People become accustomed to receiving perks and treats, and if one day run out, this will lead to the negative position.

- Research shows that over time extrinsic benefits may actually eventually make the audience less satisfied with compliance.

4. Psychological description means creating a scenario rich with sense impressions. It do not need to be in any specific structure as long as they communicate your character’s beliefs.

(Reader Benefits)
Reader benefits are important in both informative and persuasive messages. In informative messages, reader benefits give reasons to comply with the policies you announce and suggest that the policies are good ones. In persuasive messages, reader benefits give reasons to act and help overcome reader resistance. Example for good reader benefits is adapted to the audience, phrased in you-attitude and supported by clear logic and explained in adequate detail

(Psychological description) -
Psychological description is describes as the creating a scenario rich with the sense of impressions such as what the reader sees, hears, smells and feels. Extrinsic benefit and intrinsic benefit.

An extrinsic benefits is an award that is tangible or physically given to you for accomplishing something. It is a tangible recognition of ones endeavour. For example, it’s a certificate of accomplishment, a trophy or medal for winning the race, a badge or points for doing something right, or even a monetary reward for doing your job. Because extrinsic rewards are tangible, they are usually given to the person doing the activity; as such, they are typically not from within the person.

An intrinsic benefits is an intangible award of recognition, a sense of achievement, or a conscious satisfaction.
