Step 1: Ask questions about the roles he/she has at current time.

Step 2: Identify the main role, and analyze this role.

Step 3: Prioritize time and energy to prepare and develop skills, knowledge, experience.

Approach:

• Define the top 3 important roles they choose to play critical at this current phase (Daughter -> Parent -> Worker)

• Define the needs relevant to the top 3 important roles

• Understand the prioritized roles with a compatible choice of job

• Create a short-term plan for maintaining the current unfit job with stable finances and a long-term plan for career transition
