The intent for the prison is for rehabilitation among inmates and to mimic life outside of jail. The guards are armless and create bonds with the inmates to form a sense of community while in jail. The inmates have plenty of luxuries including sofas, flat screen TVs, mini fridges, yoga classes, nice gyms, etc.
