Within reason and the guidelines of my employment, I am responsible for advocating for justice at all levels of my school context. We have a solid staff retention rate, we are multi-cultural and diverse, we are well qualified academically - not necessarily in education - and despite all of these progressive improvements there is still the "them and us" attitude.
