During the school, I would take more responsibility on the group project, when we evaluated the task, I will let my group member to pick the part first, which they feel comfortable and then I will take the rest. Moreover, I will not only help them on the assignment work, even in their life, but I will also try my best to make their life easier. For example, I would like to give them a drive when we meet outside of school for group discussion. In this way, they can feel caring and be served. In my working environment, I will be more awareness of the needs of my teammate. When we are going take a break, I can be the person who stays in work until everyone comes back.
Action plane No.2---I encourage people and help them become a whole. 
2. I can pick a classmate to work with. this is a person who is really quiet and anti-social in this environment. I will have invited him to my group and encourage him to share his idea in group discussion. After the class, I want to have more chances to talk to him face to face, in this way I wish he can start to open his heart and join in our class atmosphere. The servant leader is not willing to see someone had been isolated. “there are encourage people to grow in a positive way” (Daft, 2018, p. 179)

2. I want to become a sense giver. The sense giver “will not only use communication to inspire people with a vision and instill the values that are necessary for achieving it, but they also communicate to help people understand the larger purpose of their own work”(Daft, 2018, p. 265). For my actions, I will put myself in their situation to think from their perspective because in this way I can give them customized suggestions. it is also important to use communication strategy, for example, if they are from a low content cultural background, I will keep my words clear and simple, show them direct instruction. On the contrary, if they from high content cultural, I will most likely to use a story to achieve my point.
