Receptionist: Good morning, Ma’am. What can I do for you?
Guest: Good morning, Sir. I’m here to meet Miss Annette. Is she here?
Receptionist: Have you made an appointment with her, Ma’am?
Guest: I actually haven’t. I supposed I could come and just ask.
Receptionist: You could, but unfortunately Miss Annette is very busy lately. But I’ll check on her for you. May I know your name?
Guest: My name is Karina, I’m a friend of Miss Annette and I want to consult with her about a contract.
Receptionist: All right, I’ll call her. Please, wait.
(after a few minutes on the phone)
Receptionist: Miss Karina, I’m sorry, Miss Annette is having a meeting in 5 minutes and her schedule for today is already full. But she’s asked me to schedule another time for you if you’re still willing to have her.
Guest: Oh, sure. When will that be?
