there exists a multitude of emotions that flow, shaping our perceptions and influencing our choices. pain, both physical and emotional, is an inevitable facet of existence. it has the power to consume us, to drown us in its depths, and yet, it is often the instinct of many to suffer in silence

rather than seek help. the decision to endure pain in isolation, cloaked in silence, is a complex and deeply personal choice.

some may "find" "peace" in the solitude of their suffering, believing that sharing their pain would burden those around them or diminish their own strength. in their minds, silence becomes a protective shield, shielding them from the potential consequences of opening up.

yet, within this self-imposed cocoon of silence, a mesh of emotions and thoughts weaves itself. the burden of unspoken pain weighs heavily, casting a shadow on one's existence. it becomes a relentless companion, gnawing at the edges of consciousness, slowly eroding the sense of self.

the human spirit, though resilient, is not impervious to the corrosive effects of prolonged suffering. it is in our nature to seek connection, to share our burdens, and to find healing through empathy and understanding.

by unveiling our pain, we invite the possibility of support, compassion, and

healing into our lives. the act of confiding in someone, be it a trusted

friend, a therapist, or a loved one, can provide a much-needed release

valve for the pent-up emotions that torment us.

by opening ourselves up to the vulnerability of sharing our pain, we create space for empathy, connection, and the potential for profound healing.

while choosing to suffer in silence may seem like a solitary act, it is essential to remember that support, understanding, and healing can be found in the embrace of others.

it is through the courage to speak our pain into existence that we can break free from the confines of isolation.

~jewelvain

Goddess of love, please hear thee, i proclaim thine undying unto thee, for it is dangerous to fall for your graceful face, and please spare me the eyes of divine, eyes so angelic you had to put a glass to it. Eyes with a mark, please tell me, oh to be in your point of view, am i demon who fell for a heavenly entity? A peasant who fell for a princess? Or a savior of the damsel in distress? Which of which, i don’t mind, for those who don’t mind don’t matter and those who don’t matter don’t mind. A goddess born on the second month, yield to me,a boulder i was then, but now a mere pebble in your den. I am not worthy to at least gaze upon thee.

-Hephaestus.
