How could we show cooperating teachers our appreciation?

In K-12 we've removed the meaning from learning. We're teaching them to do things, without connecting to meaning and purpose...

One university paid an assistant principal to be in this role. Unfortunately, the best teachers burn out from student teachers so the model folded.
