Sports virtual reality system that enables sports experience service with high sense of immersion since sports and fun elements get mixed together is likely to be used for the education of physical activities since it is possible to complement the fun element while complementing the time and space, and environment limitations.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>When physical activity task is delivered, the following process is performed in order; searching for information via web, setting up the strategy for learning sports techniques, executing virtual reality simulation and evaluating the accuracy level of motions, carrying out physical activities by using related virtual reality sports program, feedback. Given the inherent difficulties in conceiving successful education and assessment of physical exercise in an online setting, the delivery of OLPE has been regarded with skepticism. OLPE is still on the rise, in spite of these worries. The majority of states now permit online physical education credit and have passed laws requiring completion of an online course, regardless of subject, as a requirement for high school graduation. Physical educators who deliver these educational opportunities must become adept at using online pedagogy and auxiliary technology. This article's goal is to discuss the functionality of cutting-edge technologies for use in OLPE and offer suggestions for how to incorporate them into professional practice. However, in most developing countries like Nigeria, the potential of ICT to support pedagogy is yet to be fully realized. Up until now, most of the attention, both in policy and research, has been on how the lack of infrastructure and access to technology affect the use of ICT in Universal Basic Education (UBE). So this paper x-rays: how ICT in physical education is designed as a tool for increasing instructional effectiveness in UBE, the impact of ICT use on classroom teaching and learning in UBE, and the path towards effective implementation of ICT in Universal Basic Education. This mastery is achieved through a process that progresses from technological literacy to technological education and competence, and finally to a general vision of the technological world, with significant effects on the life and health of the individual living in a contemporary society that is ever-changing. The end result of technical education implementation should be a young adult who is capable of participating effectively in modern technological processes and acting independently and safely in the field for which he was trained, given that education and technology are inseparable concepts that feed one another. Technology is being used more and more in PES (physical education and sports).<br><br>Technology can be used to improve the skills of physical education and sports professionals, increase the interest of young people in physical education, transmit and disseminate knowledge, examine movements during physical activity to identify potential errors, and evaluate the learning effectiveness maximized by all of these technologies. Thus, the promotion of physical education, the transmission and dissemination of knowledge to young people, the analysis of movements during physical exercise to identify potential execution errors, and the improvement of the skills of physical education and sports practitioners can all be accomplished through the use of social networks and fitness websites, e-learning platforms, computer games, and telephone applications involving video analysis and age-specific images of students.<br><br>The younger generation is getting more and more interested in technology-based PES education. Sport is today a well-liked pastime for individuals of all ages, occupations, and social groups; for some, it is a vocation, and for others, it is a lifetime love. Furthermore, in a world where sedentary habits are more common, physical activity in any form is advised.</div>]]></description>

However, positive research results suggest that ICT tools should also be tested and used in physical education teaching. ICT devices increase the performance and motivation of students while contributing to a motivational climate that facilitates high level achievements. At the same time, it important to point out that the use of tools alone does not contribute to the effectiveness of the teaching–learning process in terms of physical education. The use of tools should have a specific purpose, which the students are informed of. The use of the devices for learning purposes should be taught to the pupils and they should be made aware that they are being used for learning purposes in the classroom.<br><br>&nbsp;In order to adapt the use of ICT tools in classrooms to achieve the subject goals of physical education, appropriate teaching strategies, pedagogical design work, and learning organization procedures are necessary. The use of active learning and project-based strategy learning provides an opportunity to integrate ICT tools into the learning process. Flipped learning, gamification, and exergames have shown to positively influence both student motivation, learning and performance. Nevertheless, there is a major need for research to better understand how digital technology implemented in pedagogical approaches can be beneficial on all educational levels.
