You can build comics from scratch using their predesigned characters or animals, or you can also use their wide range of templates. There are text boxes and bubbles along with cool stickers and animations to add to your comic as well as fun clip art. Building my comic was very easy and while the tutorial I listed is helpful, the mechanics of the website are self-explanatory. Your students can build comics to prove their understanding of the concept you are working on, like in the comic I created to work on emotions. You are able to print out your comics for your students, which can be very helpful to students who cannot look at the comic online. I feel like it would be very beneficial to go over the material from the day prior through comics made on this website.
Not only that, but I could also use this as a project for my students to complete. They can build their own stories entirely in Spanish and receive a grade for it.
