This applicant displayed confidence in the elevator speech and seemed very approachable. They also seemed that they were sincere in genuinely being interested in the employment opportunity. It did not feel forced and it wouldn't be something that would make an employer feel cornered or uncomfortable with at all. I appreciated the ability of the applicant to stay very to the point, but making the speech more available to become conversational with the employer after the fact. They were very polite and spoke in a welcoming tone. They seems natural and genuine. She mentioned working with underprivileged children in the past and that may get someone to want to learn more about who she has worked with. This individual was confident, but not forceful. I would hire this person to work with others in a social work environment because they have good communication and social skills .

She was very polite and everything flowed together quite nicely. She possess all of the required criteria for this position, and she even mentioned having prior experience.
