Only one third of Kyrgyzstan is urban, the rest of it is nomadic. More than 90% of the country is covered in beautiful mountain ranges, complete with many alpine lakes. The most famous being Issyk-Kul, which has an altitude of 1,600 m. They have many traditional dishes, such as beshbarmak, which is boiled meat and broth, served with homemade noodles, or thin slices of dough.

The climate of Kyrgyzstan is temperate, with temperatures ranging from 37.4° Fahrenheit in the winter, to 87.8° Fahrenheit in the summer. It's generally sunny, with about 70 days of rain per year. Although the mountains are cold all year long, even in the hottest months where it can get to 113° F.

Since there is such a dramatic change in temperature from summer to winter, the nomadic people of Kyrgyzstan need to build their homes in such a way where they can take off layers in the summer to stay cool, and add layers in the winter to stay warm. Plus, there is an average amount of rain and sun, which enables people to farm and grow crops in more nomadic regions.

Kyrgyzstan has many natural minerals such as coal, antimony, gold, sliver, and uranium, which are mostly used to supply other countries. For example, Kyrgyzstan uses uranium to give to the Soviet Union during the 1950s. Coal and antimony are used for fuel and energy, which can be used for the more industrial part of Kyrgyzstan. Gold and silver are used for jewelry, and other decorations.

However, an abundance of uranium mines can hurt the environment and still be dangerous years after they stop operating. Plus minerals are non-renewable, which means that the important natural resources like coal, antimony, and uranium will eventually run out.

Since Kyrgyzstan is a landlocked country it has to depend on air cargo, rather than sea/boat transportation. Kyrgyzstan uses air cargo to transport supplies like minerals and food to the USSR in the 1950s.

Kyrgyzstan has many mountains, in fact, 94% of it is covered in mountain ranges, with around 2,000 alpine lakes, with only 16 of them have a surface area more than 1 square km.

Since there are many mountains, this acts as an abundance of protection against other nations. Plus the many valleys caused by the mountains give a lot of fertile soil, creating a perfect place to farm crops. The many alpine lakes create safe drinking water, since the lakes are filled with fresh water and can be boiled to be filtered. To add, the rivers can also be used to farm, fish, and act as a water source. Since there is so much water, Kyrgyzstan's main source of energy might be hydropower, and the mountains and valleys make most of the land a safe haven for farming. Although the mountains do create a natural barrier, they also keep the country isolated. Also, since they take up most of the land, only a little bit is left for civilization, which makes it hard for people to thrive.

To conclude, Kyrgyzstan is a landlocked country located in south-west Asia, bordered by Kahzakhstan, China, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. It has many natural resources such a as minerals like coal, and uranium, in which it supplies other countries by air cargo. It has 11 airports located in the urban areas, and uses modern technology to spread information. 94% of it is covered in mountain ranges and valleys, with about 2,000 alpine lakes. Overall, almost all of the land has fertile soil, and a surplus access to food. Since it is a very mountainous area although, it blocks the civilization from growing without acquiring more land from other nations. Climate mostly impacts the nomadic part of the country, because the summers are very hot, and the winters are pretty cold, so they have to adapt to the temperature change throughout the year.
