I believe self care is extremely crucial for the mind whether that be reading or pampering yourself its important to have healthy enrichment, you are able to reflect on losses new ideas may arise and take time for yourself to relax.

Whether I'm a morning person or not the show must go on I'm able to handle tasks at hand I enjoy the process of fully being awake reflecting on dreams I had or whether that be if I should've tried a different sleeping position.

Traveling is one of my favorite things to do allowing you to experience new cultures landscapes etc. It also allows you everlasting memories and stories to share with others. A other thing i have gained from traveling is stepping out of your comfort zone.
