         <description><![CDATA[<p>Three things that were clarified for me, 1) how the CAS elements link together within student experiences, 2) how to promote the projects by involving peers, staff and parents, 3) How important it is to teach discrete skills such as reflection writing, early on in the IB program.</p><p><br/></p><p>Two points that surprised me were 1) how broad the creativity strand can become, 2) How different each school and student experiences are depending on context, staffing etc. It's a much broader picture than I initially imagined with massive scope for students to excel.&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p>One question that remains is how to motivate students who struggle with elements of CAS particularly in areas they are weak in?</p>]]></description>
