The Inca and Aztec government would take the goods from after a takeover of another empire. The Inca seemed to be more advanced when it came to travel because they would build their own roads and bridges. The Aztecs seemed more advanced in architect because of the pyramids and floating gardens. The Mayans seemed more advanced in writing and art because of the hieroglyphs. The Aztec emperor was dressed like a warrior, while the Inca leader dressed as a priest would nowadays. The Chief was the leader and ruler, he made all the decisions and governing throughout the empires.
