Research is a set of logically arranged ways to look for solutions to a particular problem.

Prospective study design is a type of study design that aims to predict the future course of events or their outcomes.

A variable is a perception or a concept that can be measured.

Qualitative research is a type of research approach that aims to explore the experience of respondents through a descriptive and narrative way rather than in a form of numbers.

Empiricism is a theory that all knowledge comes from experiences and observations.

Research is coming up with questions, and then we try to answer them in a systematic way. 

Prospective study design is a type of study design that researchers take a group of subjects to find out the outcomes resulting from certain factors overtime. 

Variable is a concept used in research that can be measured (examples: age, height, religion,..)

Qualitative research is a research method that is very descriptive and flexible as the researcher focuses on collecting in-depth data from a small number of participants. 

Empiricism refers to the way that researchers collect data by observing real-life experiences, so that means it’s very experimental and does not rely on existing theories or assumptions. 

Research: a deep dive study on a subject, topic, or field of interest in order to uncover valuable information especially new ones.

Prospective Study Design: a study method which observe and continuously collect data of a sample over a period of time.

Variable: an attribute that can be measured in some sort of way.

Qualitative Research: a research that provide a deep insight into a subject by gathering and analyzing non-numerical data.

Variable is something that can be measured or observed with a certain degree of precision, such as gender, age, or income.

Qualitative research focuses on exploring specific and unique situations or experiences. Example: A study examines how top students in DOE prepare for their examination.

Empiricism refers to knowledge gained through direct observation, experience, and evidence. Example: A student learn how to predict the exam question by observing her lecturer.

Research refers to systemic findings stemming from problems. It usually involves identifying the problem, understanding the problem, collecting data, analyzing the data, and so on. For instance, a manager could conduct research to determine the reasons behind the company's high turnover rate.

Prospective study design is a design that studies and collects data from the present to look into the likely possible outcome in the future. 

A variable is the element, characteristic, or factor used for measurement in research. Variables can be broadly divided into dependent variables and independent variables. For example, being unable to complete an assignment is the dependent variable, and procrastination can be the independent variable. 

Qualitative research is a research study to find answers to problems using qualitative approaches such as interviews, non-numerical questionnaires, and observations. 

Empiricism is when we collect data through observation and experimentation. It followed the idea of experience and evidence as the sources of knowledge.

A variable is very important to use in a quantitative approach that can be measured or counted.

Research is the exploration of new knowledge. It is a scientific and systematic process of collecting, and analyzing information on one specific problem in order to gain deeper understanding of that problem.

Qualitative research is a type of research that focuses on different aspects of people's lives and how they understand their own, as well as others' behaviour. This research approach mainly involves observing and interviewing different people in order to understand their perspectives on how they see things.

Empiricism is the belief that knowledge is gained from experience.

Research is a process which we use to investigate something new, to solve the problem or conflict, and to double-check on the existing information. As an example, I want to find out how COVID-19 impacts education, so I have to do research to discover both positive and negative effects of COVID-19 in education.

Prospective study design is a method of study which we use to find the outcome of an event or what is likely to happen in the future. For instance, we use prospective study design to predict what will happen to Cambodian’s youth as there are many beers selling and promoting everywhere.  

Variable refers to the condition or something that is different from one person to another, changeable from time to time, and easy to measure. For example, the amount of time spending on doing one task. Every person will spend variable period of time, it could be change due to several factors, and it is easy to measure from other people.

Qualitative research is a kind of research that we interview our interviewees by letting them answering our questions base on their own knowledge, belief or understanding in an open way without giving choices. For instance, we want to know how an outstanding students spend their time on their self-study. Then, we use qualitative research to let them tell us about their self-study habit.

Empiricism defines as hard evidences collected from real-life experience or observations. As an example, we want to know how an outstanding student behave during class, so we go and collect the information when they are studying by looking and analyzing their behavior.

Research is a study that we investigate on something in order to find new information, to solve its problem or answer the questions.

A prospective study design refers to research where researchers have to watch over the situation, problems or outcomes in the future.

Variable means the number or measurements of somethings that can be changed.

Qualitative research refer to a study that focus on understanding people’s thought and feeling through interviewing or questioning.
