When you take the drug it can slow down your bowel motility, this is because it inhibits gastric in the drugs. When it goes through the GI tract it absorbs more liquid. After leaving the GI tract there is not enough liquid and it swells. Leading you to bloat. 

When taking oxycodone it can lead to liver failure. When you take the drug it eventually gets its way to the liver, where it uses the P450 enzymes and then metabolizes most of the drug. When you go over a certain amount the liver is unable to process oxycodone and the toxicity of the drug. This will cause the liver to undergo lipid peroxidation witch is when some of the cell membranes in the liver are damaged.
