         <description><![CDATA[<div>Valuing diversity in the work environment can maximize workforce productivity and competitiveness organizational, as well as promote positive publicity of the company.<br><br>A study in Germany IT sector investigate, gender gap, and prefer to employ women in socially oriented tasks such as project management to lead organizational segregation<br><br>1.1 Guerrier et.al[7]<br>A research in United Kingdom(UK)focused about under-representation of women in IT sector. The evidence show that identifying women based on soft skill and less technical profile. It based on a military environment that IT opportunities for female presence group a little. <br><br>1.2 Hazzan et.al[12]<br>Collaboration and sharing, communication, reliability and positive relationships are characteristics any good management style. The agile environment can be suitable for women joining IT industry.<br><br>1.3 Kurtz et.al[15]<br>There are barrier for deaf people who felt unwanted on the team as well as co-workers that had difficulties communicating and interacting with them.This problem with poor interpersonal communication create conflict in the team.<br><br>1.4 Patrick et.al[2]<br>A research conducted among top IT organization of India,showed that admitting prejudice and bias were considered most effective strategy to increase awareness about workplace diversity. To achieve this result language barriers must be overcome.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This ongoing research aim identify the challenges faced by software development team to deal with diversity in software engineering using SE domain SWEBOK. Knowledge areas(KA) us the framework of analysis.<br><br>1.1 SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW<br>To do this review, two research questions were elaborated.Using snowballing approach,the papers included studies were published in magazines, conferences, workshop and book. It use full resource and good alternative to avoid bais in specific publisher and does not require a subscription. For the execution of the method a search in database is generated.<br><br>1.2 SEMI-STRUCTURED INTERVIEW<br>In addition to SLR, we conducted separately two in-person interview with software development professionals whose working in an international software company.One interviewee had a leadership position with a long career managing development teams.Another was a developer with considerable experience.Both already worked in different companies, place and they are self-identified as minorities. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Diversity has several dimensions that could affect diverse team in different ways, according to culture and place.The limitations suggest several prospects for further research.<br><br>The most highlighted in this research is about gender issues and professional practices showing that although man mostly populate the workplace they also need women to be technically inferior in teamwork environment especially in team work to perform task.<br><br>Diversity could impact positively on aspect innovation efficiency and teamwork on different phase of software development and KA. Difficulties have been encountered concerning equality in academia and the IT industry, as well as barrier inclusion of people with disabilities.</div>]]></description>
