Nuevo Leon is the only state, in the Mexican Republic, that their govenor isn´t in a political partidism. This make us think if he can do it by his own, being without a backup.

ADVANTAGES

* He doesn't has a boss to tell him what he has to do with the state.

*He can express his ideas not being critisizism

*Without being in a political partidism the inversionist had faith on him.

*He use his own ideas to innovate and he doesn't believe in other politicians.

*His movements it's staring since the begginig, without having depths.

DISADVANTAGES

* He gains enemies because he gives reasons to don´t be part of the others politicians.

* People believing the traditional goverment form, will be in disagreement with him. Like people in some little town.

*Nuevo Leon depth huge amount of money, nearly the 50 million pesos.

1.As we know, Oaxaca it's the poorest state in Mexico.

2.Also, is one of the states with the worst education in the country.

3.It's economy is based in the agriculture.

If the globalization arrives to this state

1. A growth on the international knowledge in the people.

2. Better education, because they will have a exchange of new educational systems that will improve this area.

3. More industries and enterprises that will increase the economy and job opportunities.

4. The state will have more contact with other traditions and cultures, that will give them a bigger perspective of the world

D I S A D V A N T A G E S

1. The people that depend on the agriculture will be affected by the multinational companies, having a lower income.

2. The local economy, concentrated in agriculture, will be affected by the big industries.

3. The increase of usage of natural resources.

4. The arrive of this industries will contribute to more pollution.

5. More inequity in social classes.

Favored Equity

What other states could have to have their remaining equity, is the current globalization presented in the other states. An example is the car industries in the states of Mexico, Guanajuato and Puebla.

Guanajuato is one most important places for ther extract of minery. And also is known because is one of the most important places in history of all the Mexican Republic.

Advantages:

-The state is one of the most important places in Mexico history

-The minery are one of the principaly economic sources

- All the gross domestic product are compoused by Pymes

-2nd state in economical growth

-The University of Guanajuato are the 20th place in the universities in all the state.

Disvantages:

-The lack of education in teens for 15-18 years

-One of the most important things are the social insegurity

-The bad use of the natural resources

-We have pollution principaly in the city of Salamanca.

-Guanajuato have bad medical insurance.

Durango

Durango has a lot of universities and schools and just like any other institution would have partnership around the world thanks to global interaction but sadly, even if they have opportunities and advantages the can not used it.This disadvantage is for those who suffer from low salary which is a very big problem nowadays in our state.

So in conclusion there are a lot of favored people who can help in the development of further global interaction with Durango. This people are just a handful of the population.

How global interaction take advantage or disadvantage, in equity and development in Guerrero? In Guerrero the education it's something that has been really neglected because of the newest laws made by the government that trie to avoid unprepared teacher to teach in school and because Guerrero it's known to be one with the biggest number of non educated person in Mexico. But they got mad by this new laws and start manifesting in public areas to make the government change it's mind. With this problem the kids are not getting the education they deserve, so not only the Mexican government is asking for solutions, also the international groups like ONU are asking for better results in the educational matter. So the other countries have make clear that if they don't fix this, the alliance between them will be in danger. Like Benedict, M (2012) said: " a really clear example of how the educations it's affected by the globalization it's because of new technologies, they are tying to replace the paper and pencil, this new ideas creates a lot of distraction between the students during class affecting their comprehension level."

Nuevo Leon is one of the richest states of Mexico , yet it is one of those with the biggest debt after Coahuila.

1.Its economy is based in the minery.

2.Also has the worst public security.

The principal advantages of this are:

ADVANTAGES

It has the vast majority of automotive companies, including Ferrari, Lamborghini , etc.
You 'll find all the crafts that are produced in the state.
33% of the state's economy is based on mining and is the fourth highest production in the country
It has a large percentage of entrepreneurs in Mexico , so it is very good to start a business there

DISADVANTAGES

1.Every day debt increased by 2.6 % , equivalent to 100,000 pesos per day

2.If mining disappeared , the state would fall into bankruptcy

3.More inequity in social classes

4.Dependence in a single sector (minery)

5.The richest ones causes insecurity.
