Decide on a topic and do research about it between the meetings, introduce and tell about the topic to others in the next meeting

Online meetings for people of around the same age would allow us to plan activities aimed at a specific group and thus interesting to everyone.

Make a plan of meetings with clearly stated topics that will be worked on. 

That the online and physical meetings are planned when most people are free to participate in them.
