During a game of Rainbow Six Siege, all my teammates have been eliminated and all but one of the other team is eliminated. 45 seconds are left until the round ends when my eliminated teammate tells me "The last one is Blitz" my palms instantly start sweating and I can feel my heart pounding. The Blitz rounds the corner but does not see me and I eliminate him and win the game. After seeing the winning screen I start to breathe normally and I can no longer feel my heart in my throat. Once the "good games" and congratulations are said, I sit back in my seat I feel incredibly tired and start to head off to bed.

In the situation, my body started to increase my heart rate and made my palms sweaty due to the stress that was put on me to win. Once I won the game my body recognized that I no longer needed the increased heart rate or the sweat and started to go back to a resting state. When my body got to the point of rest, my body was exhausted and I needed to go lay down and sleep.
