This year's Science Fair will be an amazing experience for our fourth and fifth graders. Students will explore together, think critically, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively.  They will examine the foundational steps required for scientific inquiry, commonly referred to as the "Scientific Method." In addition, students will extend into concepts that can muddy the scientific waters, such as causation vs. correlation, accuracy vs. precision, independent vs. dependent variables, falsifiability, replication, and bias.

Please help your scientist!  - Students may ask you to participate in short, fun experiments at home. Please say yes! And, please, capture the moment with photos or video.
