Parent meetings before starting the actual teaching can be huge. I met with just parents online to discuss struggles and suggestion. We did a question and answer. I think this helped them encourage students on work and guidelines online. I tried to make it a partnership. I called and checked in with parents that were not joining online to see what needs they had.
