         <description><![CDATA[<p>Gratitude is so important for our well being and happiness. When we take the time each day to reflect on what we are grateful for, even the small things, it shifts our perspective to a more positive mindset. Research shows being grateful improves our mental and physical health. It reduces stress, depression and increases life satisfaction.</p><p>True happiness comes from appreciating what we have, not what we lack. An attitude of gratitude helps us notice life's simple pleasures that we may otherwise take for granted. The warm embrace of a loved one, being able to see beauty in nature, having our basic needs met  these are blessings that many in the world do not experience.</p>]]></description>
