And this means, for every 1 measure (on your paper, or the plan, scale, diagram etc) it's "worth" 250 of the same measure in real life!

Well I know that 1cm = 250cm, but there are 12cm on this line, not 1. I suppose I could convert this to km, but 30 m seems ok.
