With reference to our company turning 10 years old next September, I would like to inform you that our company will celebrate its founding anniversary. Company anniversaries are a great opportunity to bring the whole team together to remember how it all started, to dream about the future. Our company will organize events in expensive locations such as five-star hotels, conference centers and we will hire an outside event organizer because the company needs to organize the event professionally. However, this negotiating style does not always work and it might expect longer and more careful preparation than other types. Also, it may require negotiators to have more skill and experiences. To dissolve these problems by principle, negotiators often try to identify a common interest in order to give a creative solution or discuss a fair criterion. When the negotiations end, both sides know that they have worked together to find a solution that fits both of their needs. That is why, after the negotiations end, they can continue to maintain a relationship based on mutual respect.
