He killed the bads, which is basically all Zach knew about his work life.. But Zach didn't think his dad died in a plane crash. He knew how much his dad liked to fly, and tried figuring every detail with his friend Kate. Then things got stranger... He wanted to visit his dads crash, so he liked to his mom about where he was going and made it there. Mr.Herbert found him there (in the middle of a field), and talked to him about things Zach never knew about his dad's life. Then Zach started getting powers. He didn't know how but the Bad's started attacking him, and his family figured out about it. Most of the family (Like Kate and the Uncle) understand what has been happening to him.  He just can't let them take control of him, and make him change into a Bad. Mr.Herbert is trying to persuade him on what's going to happen to him, when the Bad's start attacking... (and how he needs to be ready!)  But Zach's uncle doesn't trust Mr.Herbert at all. Turns out Mr.Herbert was Zach's dad's son. He couldn't have him so he was put into an orphanage... and after Zach's dad grew older and was a one man show, Uncle couldn't take it.. I didn't think I'd like it because it wasn't about sports. It made a lot of sense to me, and left me on my seat most of the time.
