In my opinion, user-generated content (UGC) is really flooding the digital market these days and replacing traditional media productions. We can see UGC everywhere especially in social media which most of the people will keep contact with. It can be really helpful but sometimes it might be used as fake news to cheat on other people. Although it can help to spread news and information effectively, but sometimes it can brings a lot of trouble due to the wrong message to public and cause people panicking about that. But overall, it is still very good on advertisement.

In the next 5 years, I think UGC will still play an important role because people will not stop sharing opinion through social media and it is still helpful on online marketing and advertising in the future.

1. Will movie theatres still exist in 2030? How do you envision the film watching experience in the near future?

In my opinion, movie theatres will still exist in 2030 but the crowd will be decrease because people often go out and enjoy movie in movie theatre as their entertainment although it cost a lot. In future, the use of internet in watching film will be increase. There will be more people using internet to watch films as it is convenience.

2. The major broadcast networks have been losing viewers for the past two decades. Will they still be relevant 10 years from now? Why or why not?

I think they will still be relevant after 10 years because internet was being replaced by broadcasting networks. After 10 years, the use of internet will increase and it won't decrease. Broadcasting networks need more requirements such as television and radio, so that many people won't use it.
