Measurable: I could easily measure how well I am doing by looking at my PRF where I write down my scores.

Attainable: I believe that this goal is possible if I put my hard work and dedication towards it. Being more focused during our synchronous sessions and reading our Math Book will make me ready for whatever task Ms. Bucsit will give me.

Relevant: I find this goal something that is important because I don't want to disappoint my parents and I'm also doing this to thank my parents for the tuition they spent for me to learn and excel in this school. I also want to do this because I would like a great future ahead for my family and me.

Time-bound: I believe that it wouldn't be difficult if I learn to manage my time wisely. Learning to manage my time wisely can help me to finish my tasks before their due date and not to procrastinate also on other subjects.

GOAL TERM RECORD

Specific: I think that this specific goal has been reached since I have been getting better and consistent grades on my tasks. The last thing I should do is to seal the bag and get the best grades possible as I end the school year.

Measurable: I find this goal to be completed since I computed my grades on my PRF and I must say that I was quite shocked and was proud of myself for having that grade. I computed my grades through the PRF, and I believe that this term's grade would be higher than last term's!

Attainable: I really think that this goal so far has been attained for me because I have been doing well so far in this term, as well as last term.

Relevant: I have found this goal to be completed since I didn't disappoint my parents with my grade and they were even proud of me and took me to a restaurant after I showed them my Progress Report Form!

Time-bound: I did this goal so far since I tend to not procrastinate anymore in the tasks given to me in this subject. I only got a perfect score mostly in the tasks like the Photo Outputs, or the Entry Tickets. The Entry Tickets, and the Group works were the easiest tasks for this term. The reason why is because I learn about the topics during the entry tickets, and I fully understand it with the help of my groupmates.
