While I accept that building more accommodation for citizens I opine that planting trees in urban areas plays a vital role in improving.

Overpopulation is rising in many countries now, so government should build more housing for city dwellers. Building more residence can help the increasing housing demand. For example , TPHCM is a place where is a housing demand is very high. rural–urban migration has increased rapidly in recent years. Many people move from the countryside to cities in search of better job and life quality. As a result, some people have to live in slums. These areas often have crime , stealing and disease which reduce a life quality in these areas.

Trees are necessary in our daily lives because they make the environment more aesthetic and fresh air.

It is believed that planting trees was more significant role than housing construction. While I agree that building house was hold some essential benefits, I still hold the view that planting trees is more crucial.

It is clearly that new-building house can offer considerable advantages. The merit of it is to slove high-demand of housing. This is because of the overpopulation and the rural urban migration pose the shortage of housing. This can cause reduce the living standard and the urban sprawl with the appearance of slums and increase of negative social problems such as crimes and diseases.

Besides the neccessary of dwelling, I personally still believed that establishing tree cover is more heavier benefits. Initially, it can improve the pollution issues of urbanization areas. This is because the biological charactersistics of trees is that it can absord carbon dioxide and release oxigen gas to reduce emisson and purify air. So that, it can limit the harmful sides of greenhouse effect. Another advantages is it can play a role in construction of park. From that, it bring the asthetic look for city and decrease many disease of respiratory.

In conclusion, although increases of housing construction have some positive sides, I still remain the view that planting to improve environment problems is more significant.

Some individuals believe that health is the most precious thing, so they are not satisfied with private clinics. Despite the debate on whether private hospitals should provide healthcare services, I believe that these hospitals create more advantages than disadvantages.

On the one hand, for-profit health care brings many disadvantages to people. Private hospitals have very high hospital fees compared to public hospitals. This makes it difficult for people to have to earn more money for medical examination. For example, health check-ups at private hospitals cost twice as much as public hospitals, hindering patient access. In addition, if there is not enough money, the patient will not be able to receive treatment. Therefore, patients will be under great pressure regarding money and health.

On the other hand, private healthcare companies also generate significant benefits. First, it helps reduce waiting time when patients come for medical examination. In public hospitals, due to the large number of patients coming for examination, the process of queuing, treatment and receiving medicine takes a long time to wait. If you choose to make an appointment at a private hospital, the patient will have a faster and more effective medical examination process. Furthermore, thanks to advances in facilities and infrastructure, private healthcare services provide health support tailored to each individual's needs and circumstances. This makes it easier for patients who need in-depth evaluation and personalized health care.

To conclude, the high cost of private healthcare makes access and affordability of treatment opportunities difficult. However, its impact on meeting customer needs and efficiency in handling work far outweighs the limitations.

In recent years, many young people in Vietnam and other countries have started changing jobs more frequently instead of staying with one employer for a long period. This essay will discuss the main reasons for this trend, such as the search for better career opportunities and argue that the advantages are generally greater than the disadvantages.

There are several reasons why young Vietnamese workers often move from one job to another. Firstly, many of them want faster career growth and higher salaries. For example, in big cities like Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, young employees often switch companies to earn a higher income or get a better position because promotions inside one company can take a long time. Secondly, job opportunities are very easy to find due to modern technology. With online platforms such as VietnamWorks, TopCV, or LinkedIn, young people can quickly see new openings and apply for them. As a result, they feel less committed to one employer and more willing to explore better options.

However, job hopping does have some disadvantages. Companies in Vietnam may spend more money and time training new staff when young workers leave quickly. Employees themselves may also be viewed as unstable if they change jobs too often. Despite these drawbacks, the advantages for young people are usually more significant. For instance, by working in different companies such as moving from a local business to a foreign company in Ho Chi Minh City they can learn new skills, meet various teams and understand different working styles. Furthermore, these experiences help them become more adaptable and competitive. In addition, changing jobs allows them to find a workplace culture that better suits their personality, which can reduce stress and improve job satisfaction.

In conclusion, young people in Vietnam often change jobs because they want better career development and have easy access to many new opportunities. Although this trend has some disadvantages, the benefits such as gaining more experience and finding a suitable working environment are more significant in today’s fast changing job market.

Trí
