Things that train my brain are math. Math helps train my brain work because it helps me learn and learning is very good for your brain. So when you grow up you can teach people how to do things. Reading is also very good for your brain because it helps you learn and understand big words. It may also help you talk, it depends on how good of a reader you are. Now on the other hand video games are not good for your brain. Video games only help you if it has math in it like school games on your iPad. Music can also help you. It might be weird but it can improve your talking, like reading can. Typing on a computer also helps because once you get older you won’t have to look at your keyboard anymore. You could just look at your computer and type. When you eat it can also help your brain. Like chewing gum during a test can get your brain working faster. If you were an adult you could learn more from devices. Some teachers learn stuff from students. The way they learn from students is because sometimes teachers make mistakes and students tell them. That’s how teachers can learn from students. That’s all I needed to say for the great day, Train Your Brain Day!🥺
