To take care of our body systems, we should try to live healthier by exercising and maintaining a healthy and balanced diet; doing so makes sure that our organ systems stay healthy. We should also get an adequate amount of rest since our organ systems also need to take a rest once in a while.&nbsp;By maintaining a healthy lifestyle, we are doing our organ systems a huge favor; a healthy lifestyle means living in a way that lowers our risk of diseases and illnesses. Since prevention is always better than cure, we should avoid things that could harm our organ systems such as  too much salt, too much protein or too much alcohol and smoke.</div>]]></description>
