         <description><![CDATA[<div>1)the challenge of being the interviewer is that maybe the questions that are being asked  wont be too easy to respond to and its also hard to write down word for word what the other person is saying <br>2)the challenge of being interviewed is not knowing how to respond and taking too much time trying to come up with an answer and making sure that the answer makes sense. <br>3) this process taught me that it takes time and practice to become good at coming up with questions and being interviewed taught me that its important to let the other person being interviewed take their time on coming up with their answer. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Some challenges of being the interviewer is that is hard keeping up on writing down what the person  is saying word for word. <br>2. Some challenges of being interviewed is you don't always have enough time to articulate your response. You also don't know if the response you are giving is good enough for the interviewer. <br>3. What this taught me about the whole process of interviewing is that it is not easy being the person answering or asking the questions.</div>]]></description>
