Factor: Entrepreneurship
Brian knew this could be a good way of bringing in some cash. He first put up two big wood walls on each side of the bed of the truck that had written on them "The Rubbish Boys". This was a way of advertising what he did and instantly he started getting calls, going form house to house to haul junk away for people.

Factor: Land
Brain knew he was in the perfect location to start this business. The county he was located in had specific rules on what you could do with your junk or what the garbage companies would allow them to Haul away. Most people didn't have the available transport to haul their junk to the near by junk yard so it made Brians business very successful in providing this service.
