Characteristics.

One of the sports that most attracts the public is the artistic gymnastics and the competition can be done individually or by teams, men compete six trials, jumping, horse, rings, fixed bar, parallel and ground, whose aim is to try to achieve the best note of the judges, who will appreciate the difficulty in its execution and the movements.
For this to happen gymnasts must use other elements besides the obligatory ones. As for rhythmic gymnastics, a sport very beautiful both for elegance and plasticity, which is exclusive only for the female gender, in individual tests and together. In the nineteenth century they began to use choreography because of the increase of complexity in all representations. After World War I this sport was progressively increased by the public and to be recognized by the International Gymnastics Federation just in 1962.

Gold medals.

Simone Arianne Biles  is an American artistic gymnast. Biles is a four-time national champion in the overall individual competition, 1 is the Rio 2016 Olympic champion in the overall individual competition2 and the only female gymnast to be a general individual world champion three times consecutive form  She has been three times world champion in soil and twice world champion in balance bar. It is characterized by its power and the high level of difficulty in its exercises, consolidating itself as the best gymnast in the world. She is a member of the United States national team, champion in the 2014.8 World Championship, Glasgow 2015 and in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. She is the first African-American gymnast to win the World Championship title in general competition individual.
