Aquí una breve explicación de los puntos considerados:

IV.-IMPLEMENTACION Y OPERACION: Cumple un 17.78%, sin embargo hay 37 ítems que no cumplen .

II.-POLITICA DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD OCUPACIONAL: Solo 1 ítem cumple y tenemos un 93.75% que no.

III.-PLANEAMIENTO Y APLICACION: Se percibe que 1 ítem cumple y el resto que hace un 93.75%, no.

Considerando el resto de los ítems I, V, VI, VII, VIII, NO CUMPLEN AL 100%.

Llegamos a la conclusión que de 198 ítems, solo 10 cumplen que son el 5% del total y la diferencia de 188 que hace un 95% no cumple con los requerimientos. 

Se recomienda empezar a evaluar cada ítem y hacer cambios dentro de la organización para tener resultados positivos.
