         <title>The district/school has told us...</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>during the first semester to teach with fidelity. Which we were told means we should not deviate from the script, or change things. Many teachers have been frustrated by this. In all current teacher prep programs we are taught that it is best to teach with Integrity, not fidelity.&nbsp; Fidelity vs Integrity. Fidelity = follow the script&nbsp; vs Integrity = understand the goal of each lesson/module and stick to that goal and make adjustments for your individual students. I hope some district leaders have been made aware of this. In this PD the Great Minds instructors are saying it is okay to adjust for your students, and this was not the messaging being received in all clusters.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Phonics curriculum for older grades...</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We still have so many students struggling to read...especially after the last 2 years of the pandemic. Is there any district wide curriculum to address these gaps? OR people to come into the schools to help these students. It is incredibly overwhelming to be in this position, teachers can't do it all.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
