         <description><![CDATA[<div>Family involvement gives great contribution to the development of kids so in the indigenous family it's very imperative for adults or anyone else who deals with kids because family depicts the cultural dynamic of the child. So understanding about child family shows about the culture, language, and enrollment of kid in several activities. Moreover, engagement with family shows the child's trust, time, and understanding. Thus, it's very important to know about kids backgrounds involving language in which kids do talk in their home<br>&nbsp;<br>Educator-&nbsp; The roles of the Educator are described in this such as mentor , teacher, learner, planner and many more .It is also important to understand the challenges faced by Indigenous children and the Inherent advantages they have. Compassion Is a key part of the unwritten job descriptions of educators. Compassion is a valuable skill to understand and promote an educational environment that cultivates the talent of each child.<br><br>Mother Earth gives us our food and clean water sources.All are given by our mom,the Earth. Native people groups are guardians of Mother Earth and acknowledge and regard her gifts of water, air and fire. First Nations people groups' have a unique relationship with the earth and all living things in it. Mother earth play inevitable role in teaching children so that it is the priority of all students to take care of it. the quick life stage are at pinnacle of interest in their turn of events and furthermore has the capacity to roll out certain improvements. children have parks, water sources near by them so they should spend some time for cleaning and maintaining these gifts of mother earth<br><br>The Emotional- 1. Respectful humour can be made a part of learning as it is a good integration of formal and informal.<br>2. Special events, programs or field trips can be planned with the parents or guardians of the kids.<br>3. The special days or achievements of child must be celebrated like his birthday or completion if any program.<br>4. To form a good connection or bond with the family, the educator can share some life stories such as special memories or about pets.<br>The intellectual-&nbsp; 1. The indigenous children should facilitate with the necessary resources for learning involving indigenous authors.&nbsp;<br>2.Involving the children in their interesting play and provide them enough time to explore.<br>3. Telling the children and families the importance of the program.<br><br>Considerations- To foster a sense of belonging, identity and self in these Indigenous kids, it is necessary for adults to make sure that they have a balance in physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspects of life.<br>The Physical- 1.The learning spaces must be properly equipped with all the messages, notices or symbols in their regional languages.<br>2. They must be provided with nutritional food(meals and snack).<br>3. Proper conversations must be done with the parents in their original languages.<br>4. They must be given knowledge about the traditional Indigenous land such as Greater Toronto Area.<br><br>Conclusion- The diverse societies of the Indigenous kids is rich in culture, language and history. But in order to teach them well it is necessary to form good and healthy relationships with them. It becomes an educator's responsibility to nurture them.</div>]]></description>
