I had a wonderful experience creating a PADLET. It is easy to create and use. The instructions are simple to follow and it was wonderful customizing my own.

I can really make learning a lot more creative and fun using this tool. For example, I can post questions about the lesson and have my students answer. This can be a new method for assigning homework. In addition, my students can create their own PADLET when presenting a project. I would definitely substitute an essay for this item. I allows students to explore and try something new. I can present new material using a PADLET. This will for sure increase student engagement along with making it fun.

I am really having fun using these tools for my own purposes. I can't imagine what my students can do when given the same opportunity. I will use this for projects and will enjoy showing my students how to use it. This is meaningful because it is an example of post-modern technology. The students will have an advantage knowing all this information and applying it in college and future work careers … OH YEAH!!

I keep on having fun with all these new tools. I do not have any experience with these tools; however, learning how to use them is fun and exciting. I already some video ideas for my students. It is useful because the students are verbally participating and demonstrating their knowledge of the material. The video they submit can be easily graded with respect to the assignment. It gives the students to opportunity to have fun with their assignments and make videos!!

I finally found a tool that I did not like as much but still can be effective in the classroom. I would use this tool for short answer questions regarding the lessons. The posts are cool in a way that the students can add on to their responses. For example, they could add a video or photos to their responses. In addition, add documents. It is a good tool but I prefer the others.

I have known and used KAHOOT previously. This is a great tool for test review, competitions and overall fun. KAHOOT has many types of options such as multiple choice, putting sentences in order, surveys and etc. I have used this all the purposes mentioned. For example, when I taught ESL, I created a KAHOOT that required students to put sentences in the correct order. Plus, KAHOOT gives the results right away. It is fun overall!!

I do not like Answer Garden and the links do not correctly. Sadly, I will not use this in my classroom because of its faults. I had trouble trying to create questions and it did not work correctly. I do not think this would work well in the classroom especially if it has some errors with its programming. I am using an Answer Garden that was already made just to provide a link that functions properly.

This was very simple to create and it really created a shorter URL. The MAT 675 original URL had over 80 characters and TinyURL shorten it to 28 characters. I think that this is useful because some websites can be long and requires time to type. But most important, it creates a unique URL for the teacher that only the teacher and students know. It creates a shortcut for all involved. I like this compared to Answer Garden.

In addition, I can documents with others and more. It is a great tool to use and it allows for numerous access tools. For example, other options are Google Slides, Google Drive, Google Classroom and etc. This has been a great tool for me and I will keep utilizing it.
