Alameda’s Gym improvemnt report

The aim of this report is to describe the actual situation of the Alamedas’s Gym, why some customers are declining from the service, and give some recommendations of how to improve this situation.

Actual situation

The alameda’s gym is going through a difficult moment because of two major different problems, the first of them are the short schedule of working hours. The gym usually opens at eight o’clock in the morning and closes at nine o’clock in the afternoon, some of the clients left because they needed to workout during the early morning.

Secondly there have been some robberies in the dressing rooms, some clients have complained because their supplies and clothes have been disappearing.

Therefore, I will give some advice. For the first situation I recommend opening at seven o´clock and close at seven o’clock, because is during this time of the day that the least number of customers is registered. Secondly new lockers are needed, because some of them are not closed completely, they are made of grating.
