         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>i add and subtract decimals by lining up the decimals and go right to left just like i would add and subtract first i would go to the tenths, hundredths, or thousands which ever one is last from the decimals 2. i would add or subtract the ones,tens,hundreds,thousands etc. if I had to carry or borrow only if i had to mathematically.the only way to add and subtract </li></ol>]]></description>
