• Key elements of effective pedagogy.

1.  Brainstorming is an active learning strategy to put the learner's mind in a state of readiness and prediction to generate as many ideas as possible about a problem with the aim of solving it.
2. Methods of learning and understanding are diverse, so pedagogy is about finding the specific way that students are easily able to receive and understand.
3. It became clear beyond any doubt that the education of the future is self-learning, which was defined by “Louis Lamour,an American writer and storyteller in one of his writings,” that“the education process is self-education, in which the learner relies on himself,which increases his confidence in his abilities in the learning process.And it enhances the independence of his personality, his self-reliance,the ability to make decisions, and the ability to assume responsibility. The teacher is only a guide who directs the learner to the path, and no school, no matter how efficient it is, is able to give you a real education.
4. In this lecture, I heard the concept of 21st century skills,which made me look for them Until I came to these conclusions The 21st century skills are a set of abilities that students need to develop in order to succeed in the information age. The Partnership for 21st Century Skills lists three types:

• Creative teaching is thinking about the necessary aspects of learning, the content and the to-do skills students need, and turning them on their head.
•  Creative teaching makes both teachers and students feel empowered.
• Through creativity, teachers and students are encouraged to find new ways to express, explore and take risks
• Motivating students and taking responsibility for their own learning naturally requires innovative approaches.
• Using students' own experience, creating experiences that compel students to pay attention, and engaging them in the process, learning becomes just a life of play, exploration, and creativity.
• It means strengthening the mind with constructivism and having an open educational arrangement.
•  The ability to encourage students to work collaboratively with each other and use all their knowledge and experience to achieve the best possible results.

• Creative learningIt is meaningful learning for the learner It means that it relates to the real needs of the learner, whether they are physical, mental, or other needs social, psychological, or spiritual, and therefore learning must be meaningful.
• Creative learning is learning based on experience, whether it is experience Real, direct, or indirect experience, and the closer the experience is to reality Learning is more effective, more lasting, less forgotten, faster in happening, and less in effort required of him.
• Creative learning is learning that is usable in life making more effective .
• Creative learning is learning that is commensurate with the capabilities and capabilities of each individual and self-directions.
• Creative learning is learning that includes information, skills and attitudes survivable.
  Teaching for creativity: takes place when forms of teaching that are intended to develop student's own creative thinking and behavior are introduced,also goes a step further by also developing the creative abilities of the students.

1. Construction of summries by studnets, presented by(Bryar,Shahi,Bryar Najmadeen&Shvan Rafiq) These gentlemen mentioned that teaching summary writing is such an important skill students should be able to understand summarizing in order to write longer essays and make arguments.  Summarizing is a Level 2 skill by depth of knowledge, and being able to do it well will prepare students for higher levels of knowledge and success.They also discussed the steps of summarizing which include reading the text and using scanning and skimming techniques,I understood that summarizing or paraphrasing should be done in such a way that the main idea of ​​the texts is not lost.
2. Panel Discussion presentedy by ( Faraidun,Abubakr,Sawen,Chawan & Dlishad) That this group was my own group.We mentioned that a panel discussion, a selected group of students act as a panel and the other class members act as the audience.  The panel discusses selected questions informally.  A panel chair is chosen and he or she summarizes the panel discussion and opens discussion to the audience,We also discussed the types and formats of panel discussions and their advantages and disadvantages.the members of the panel discussion and their roles were explained.
3. Field exercises presented by ( Shvan,Goran ,Nwa & Roshna),the defined field exercises are a teaching method based on the active participation of students in the real production operations.this method is important for students because it increases student’s ability to solve problems, make decisions, manage their own work processes, and communicate effectively with colleagues
4. Academic field trip presented by(pawan,Shnyar,Dlnya & Edris),They explained that a field trip refers to a visit to a place by students for educational or organizational purposes which are includes: gain the real information,Reducing the students stress and develop the students thinking and observation skills.also explained the advantages and disadvantages of Academic field trip.
5. Blended learning presented by(Ary, Tara,Nasren & Khoshy),they defined blended learning is a method of teaching that integrates technology and digital media with traditional instructor-led classroom activities,they said blended learning is flexible because blended learning isn’t confined to the classroom, it provides the flexibility you need to handle the disruptions that come with studying life.also said blended learning doesn’t replace the classroom with technology,Students still have access to the peer relationships, face to face teaching, and sense of community provided by a physical learning environment.
6. Class discussion conducted by teacher presented by (Kawsar,Mariwan & Hawzhin),Classroom discussion is basically a practice that has long been followed in teaching institutions.it involves students and teachers sharing their opinions and knowledge on a particular topic.there  are different types of classroom discussion styles that suit different classrooms and serve different purposes such as deliberate,dialogue,declare and debate.there are multiple benefits of class discussions, they only accrue when discussions are effective and interesting
7. Problem Solving & Case study presented by(Bakhan,Hemn,Ashty & Zhahed),they said Case studies have long been used in business schools, law schools, medical schools, and social sciences, but they can be used in any discipline when instructors want students to see how what they have learned applies to real world situations. Cases come in many formats, ranging from a simple question what would you do in this situation statement.students can develops their skills in Problem solving analytical tools depending on the case,decision making in complex situations and Coping with ambiguities.and itis important for critical thinking, career preparation & team work skills.
8. Jigsaw puzzle maps presented by (Yusra,Hezha,Jazza & Dana), this method was introduced as assembling a group of fine pieces to make the larger piece.and the biggest benefit of using jigsaw puzzles in lesson is the possibility of combining a fun and interactive teaching method with a valuable educational lesson.  Students don’t just build jigsaws, they learn and practice as well,use jigsaw puzzles language lessons,math lessons geography,biology & history lessons.

2. Understanding: Constructing meaning from oral, written, and graphic messages through interpreting, exemplifying, classifying, summarizing, inferring, comparing, and explaining.
3. Applying: Carrying out or using a procedure for executing, or implementing.
4. Analyzing: Breaking material into constituent parts, determining how the parts relate to one another and to an overall structure or purpose through differentiating, organizing, and attributing.
5. Evaluating: Making judgments based on criteria and standards through checking and critiquing.
6. Creating: Putting elements together to form a coherent or functional whole; reorganizing elements into a new pattern or structure through generating, planning, or producing.
   Later, the rubric was discussed as a criterion for student assessment.
   Rubric is an assessment tool that clearly indicates achievement criteria across all the components of any kind of student work, from written to oral to visual. It can be used for marking assignments, class participation, or overall grades. There are two types of rubrics: holistic and analytical.
   Holistic rubrics
   Holistic rubrics group several different assessment criteria and classify them together under grade headings or achievement levels.
   Analytic rubrics
   Analytic rubrics separate different assessment criteria and address them comprehensively. In a horizontal assessment rubric, the top axis includes values that can be expressed either numerically or by letter grade, or a scale from Exceptional to Poor (or Professional to Amateur, and so on).

1. Students feel physically and emotionally safe.
2. Students know that they are valued and respected, regardless of other factors such as ability, gender, sexuality, race ect.
3. Standards of behavior are established and are consistently and equitably enforced for all students.
4. All students are challenged to achieve high expectations, and all students receive the support necessary to meet those expectations.
5. Class structure provides multiple and varied opportunities for students to experience success.
6. The teacher gets to know all students and uses that knowledge to create meaningful experiences.
   The personal learning environment (PLE)was also discussed.
   Personal Learning Environment empowers learners by giving them control over their education and access to a variety of resources.PLE can include online tools and resources such as blogs, social media platforms, e-portfolios, and learning management systems.
   The benefits of PLE include increased motivation, engagement, creativity, and improved learning outcomes.
