I like these media because they help with self expression, connection, entertainment, and to gain information. Social media's like Instagram help me to express who I am as a person while Facebook helps me stay in touch with my loved ones. They help give me information as well about what's going on around the world and the lives of my friends and family. Media platforms like Spotify and Netflix on the other hand help with my self-identification, they help me know my interests and entertain me when I'm bored. Overall, I like these media because they help shape me as a person and help to build connections with others.

I would say these media are influencing me in a healthy way. To be influenced by media in a healthy way is to know digital literacy. When one is able to use their resources properly then they can use media to its advantage. My lifestyle, aspirations, attitudes, and behavior are influenced by media positively because I am able to use media platforms in a proper way, I use it to express myself, know what I like and don't like, and share information in a proper way, and being cautious which information I believe in. Media have helped me developed as a person and taught me lessons to be done in life.
