 1-Explain the task- When I came back to college for year 2 I spoke to Jed and asked about the year commencing and what subjects and sections will be involved during this year. 
 2-How did this develop your communication skills? This developed my communication skills as I was asking questions by this I developed my communication skills.  
 3- What went well? I got the answers I needed to understand and learn more of the course for the second year.
 4- What could you improve? By being more independent and trying to find the answers myself. 
 
 Evidence 2- Volunteering
 1-Explain the task- For my volunteering I worked in a care home for a day and my tasks involved communicating with elderly and those who need more help, doing fun tasks with them and keeping them happy. 
 2-How did this develop your communication skills? As I was talking to a range of different aged people mostly elderly with all different kinds of health difficulties and personalities. 
 3- What went well? I thought i did well communicating and keeping them talking and happy by listening to them and their stories. 
 4- What could you improve? By playing more games and things with them than just talking. 

 Evidence 3- Work
 1-Explain the task- I work as a sales assistant so I have to communicate and complete my tasks that is needed satisfying the customers.
 2-How did this develop your communication skills? This developed my communication skills as I work with a wide range of different people on a daily basis with different attitudes and personalities.
 3- What went well? I remain calm when things are difficult and U try satisfy customers as best as I can.

 1-Explain the task- At work I have to work as a team and work efficiently. 
 2-How did this develop your communication skills? As I was very shy and quiet but work helped me develop that as I communicate with a wide range of people on a daily basis. 
 3- What went well? My communication skills developed and improved from my starting at work. 
 4- What could you improve? Not speaking as quietly and speaking more louder so people can hear me more. 
 
 Evidence 2- College
 1-Explain the task- Working together as a team to complete set tasks for. lass i’m order to work together and develop our communication and team work skills.
 2-How did this develop your communication skills? as multiple people had to talk and have involvement in the task without leaving anyone out and including everyone is the tasks.
 3- What went well? We all worked together and communicated well which lead to good overall teamwork.
 4- What could you improve?  Taking leadership in some tasks to show i can also lead tasks as well as communalising and working well as a team.
 Evidence 3- Class
 1-Explain the task- In class working together as a pair and if we missed some information share and help each other with the pieces we are unsure about.
 2-How did this develop your communication skills? As you learn to ask question which you know will lead you to a better answer instead of just saying i don’t get it.
 3- What went well? Improving our learning skills and helping each other.
